Shipping Policy & Information
STAR INDIA CRAFT is commited to deliver your order accurately in good condition and always on time. We believe in express expedited shipping and most of your order is shipped within 24-48 hours once the order is placed except on weekend or on public holidays. We deliver to all the locations across the world.

Shipping In India
We use Delivery courier company for delivering the products in India. Once your order is processed and packed, we dispatch it and a confirmation dispatch mail is sent to your register email address along with the tracking number.

International Shipping
We deliver to every country and region of the world. For international delivery of your product, we use DHL and UPS. Once your payment is confirmed and your order is processed and packed, we dispatch it and a confirmation dispatch mail is sent to your registered email address along with the tracking number.

Refund and Cancellation
We believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. The product which we sell we believe that is the best customer can get at the price. Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedure for it. However we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product.

Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered
If you have received damaged product,wrong item or a product having manufacturing defect, please mail us at info@starindiacraft.com with your order number and couple of pictures of the product conditions within 7 Days of delivery. We will initiate a reverse-pickup on your location and as soon as the product is picked up by our team and delivered back to us then we shall replace the product or issue a full refund if you wish to. (if the pickup is not available at your pincode or location then please send the package back to us and we will reimburse upto INR 100/- as the courier charges) At STAR INDIA CRAFT each product is quality checked, verified and then shipped to the customer but we understand that manual errors can happen and hence we refund the full cash amount.
Domestic Delivery : within 4-5 working days (Excluding weekends and holidays,please plan your
shopping accordingly)

International Delivery : within 5–6 working days (Excluding weekends and holidays,please plan your shopping accordingly)

Q- In how many days can I return the product? What are the conditions?
We have a flat 15 days free return/exchange policy from the date of delivery in case of damaged/manufacturing defect/wrong item delivered. You should keep the item in original packaging and not use it. If you do not like our product please inform us info@starindiacraft.com with the reason of your dislike and your order ID within 24 hours of delivery of the product. You should keep the item in original packaging and not use it. Any used products will not be taken back.
Q- Is there return policy or return procedure for International buyers?
We are based in Nagina (Uttar Pradesh) and any shipments outside India will be taken back in case of Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered. In case of Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered the return charges will be beard by us. In case of International Shipments, you do not like our product you ship the product back to us & we can refund up to 10$.

Q- Is there a return policy or return procedure for domestic buyers?
To return the product you can email us at info@starindiacraft.com with your order number, product photos (4-5 photos) that you want to return and the reason for return or call us at +91 9520 11 22 44, Monday-Sunday (8AM – 8PM) to raise a return request. We will arrange for a pickup from our courier partner. In case the pickup service is not possible in your area or delayed due to high volume, we will request you to send the product yourself
and we will reimburse you for the courier charges upto ₹100

Q- When will I get my refund / exchange product?
Once the reverse pickup is done it takes 4-5 days for the product to reach our warehouse. After arrival of your sent product at our warehouse it takes our team 24-48 hours to process your cash refund / exchange product.

Q- Can I cancel the order after I order?

Yes, you can. Cancel the order within 24 hours of your order. We normally ship the stocked items the same day. Hence, please inform as soon as possible. If the item is shipped we will not be able to process the cancellation request.

Q- Can I change the shipping address of my order?
